Thomas Peters is only listed at No 8 Mount Street in 1911 - no Smith.
To find Mount Street on Ancestry London Electoral registers:
County is Tower Hamlets
Ward/Division is Bethnal Green Southwest
You can enter the search name Robert Hensher to easily find it
....as he lived at No. 8 Mount St. from 1898 to 1914.

Have you got Joseph and Florence on 1911 census..or is that a daft question
Birth year and occupation for Joseph will help to find him for you.

Electoral registers only show people who can vote! As Rebecca says. have you looked at the 1911 census? It's easy enough to track down addresses there! A Peters family is at number 8.
It wasn't unusual for people to state a fictional address when getting married.

Peter
That's exactly where I got the Thomas Peters from - 1911 census at 8 Mount St.
Lisa
Thomas is still listed at No. 8 with Robert Hensher in 1913 and 1914
.....but finding Joseph John is another matter!
Actually its just struck me: Florence Peters.
The 1911 census has Thomas Peters 1886
wife Jane 1884
plus 2 children: Robert 1908 and Henry 1910
- so if Florence (even aged 16) married Joseph in 1909 she is too old to be their daughter.

hi rebecca ,
this is where i am confused , i have the peters family fromm 1700 to present day
florence peters 1892 dau of edward and charlotte in 1901
they are at 6a princess court florence age8
on jan 31st 1909 at st philips church bethnal green
i have the marriage of
florence peters 1892 of 12 mount st father edward peters cocoa worker
....to...........
joseph john smith 1890 of 8 mount st father joseph john smith labourer
yet in 1911 she is with her father registered single at 35 chiltern road bethnal green.
joseph was in the army and that could account for her being at the fathers. They didnt split up he fought in 1914 war came home shell shocked and ended up in claybury mental hospital essex, for most of his life. Dont even know when he died.
The only info i have on him is that marriage cert but because i cannot find him on a census in 1911 i dont know where he was born there are a few joseph john smiths born at that time and a few of them in bethnal green which one is he thats the question?
I was hoping his parents lived at 8 mount st obviously not.
