    Default hello from bristol uk

    hi all,I just registered on this site,
    if anyone is interested in the children's home at downend bristol uk known by us as the cresent, also downend homes..then contact me,as I was there in 1957 as a child ages 3 and have many memories, I was in house no1 ..I was also at vinney green,and then finally the leaze at lockleaze...

    We do have one old thread on BG about the Downend cottage home Here but you have first hand experience of this institution. Even though the thread was started in 2012 you can still add to it and it is likely the participants will receive an email telling them of your post.
