Found the Cemetery record for Elizabeth Louisson (nee Jacobs) called Lizzie, she died 1912 age 74 making her born about 1838

Hi Phillip. I found a Phoebe Jacobs & Elizabeth Jacobs on the 1841 UK Census Middlesex - Father Michael Jacobs age 40 (1801) mother Rachel 35 (1806). Phoebe Jacobs b.1833 London, married Edward Jacobs Jones 1853 London & died Victoria, Australia. Some of Phoebe's children were born in Geelong. (brother Saul died Geelong). And Elizabeth & Cecil Louisson were also in that area before joining Cecil's brothers in New Zealand

You might want to use the JewishGen site for records in 1851 Census for the children of Michael/Rachel. Nb I can't locate a GRO Death Index record for a Michael Jacobs in 1847 + - 3 years. There are death records for several Rachel Jacobs.

As I suspected the death date for Michael Jacobs in 1847 is wrong. He died in 1872. See JewishGen 1851 Census Subject ID Michael Jacobs 1798-1872. You will note that he appears in census records post 1841 but his wife Rachel appears to be deceased. See also Ancestry Com probate records- Michael Jacobs late of 128 Royal Mint St Middx clothes dealer died 18 June 1872 at 128 Royal Mint St- Proved by Samuel Jacobs ( same address) son clothes dealer and Michael Levy Green 115 Gower St Bedford Square wholesale clothier the executors- Effects under £3000.
Nb 128 Rosemary Lane became 128 Royal Mint St.
