I have a marriage certificate in which I can't read the place name, though I'm pretty sure that it is misindexed under the Ancestry indexes. This is the relevant part of the certificate. I'd be eternally grateful if someone could tell me what it is. I believe it is in the Manchester area.

It would seem that for once Ancestry are correct in their place name indexing. Though the same can't be said about their name indexing.
St Stephen's church, parish of Harpurhey. Situated on Conran Street.

The address they're living at would seem to be Lathbury Road (Harpurhey), as it's very clearly written on the 1901 census. RG13/3776 folio 108 page 14, though FMP currently say that it's on page 13. (I'll send FMP a message telling them of their error.)

I strongly advise bookmarking GenUKI
https://www.genuki.org.uk/
By drilling down to the appropriate locality in GenUKI you can often find the answer to questions like this and perhaps find out some interesting background.
