OK, don't get too excited.
It would seem that the registers currently available are only up to about 1915. Which would explain why I can't find certain ladies who I know were living in the county c1940-1952.
Obviously the later registers will be uploaded in due course.

And yet a further update.
You get a 'Brucie bonus' if you scroll down the opening page.
Click on the 'Browse through 318,963 images' link, and then further click 'Norfolk'.
Using information regarding the polling division from results you've got for 1844 onwards, some of the divisions have images from 1832.
Places seem to be listed in alphabetical order in their 'hundreds'.

Thanks for this Pam.
One of my Lancashire mob married a girl from Norfolk and there has been some serious "discussion" about her parents for a while now, She returned to Norfolk with her young son after her husband died so these records may be helpful in following him.
