Default Bramley West Riding police - Henry Panton

My GGrandfather Henry John Panton was in the police force at Bramley near Leeds in 1869 and I am trying to find out when he came there from his native village of Orby in Lincs where he was a farmer's son in 1861. He may be registered in the police as Henry, John or even Charles Panton.

Are there any records of police personnel for this period in the West Riding? Are any available online?

I am assuming that it is the West Riding because Bramley was independent of Leeds.

Unfortunately there is no list of personnel in the West Riding Archive relevant to the dates I need, but thank you for reply anyway.
