Keith G Willis - help with tracking down??

No sure if i am posting this in the right place, but after many hours/days researching my family tree i find i have a first cousin by the name of Keith G Willis (Born in 1957 in ealing)and through Ancestry and 192.com his last known address was Shoreham-By-Sea, but as i live in Salford Manchester i cannot without more expence get a full address or Phone number any ideas?? many thanks Jane
