    I am trying to find my ancestors, family name JORDAN in the early 1900s in India can someone tell me what are the best sources for research.

    Have a look under India on the familysearch.org site ( free)

    and this site https://www.new.fibis.org/

    If you post your ancestors full name year of birth etc someone maybe able to assist you further
