    Hi all
    Trying to figure why the Child Frederick Madge 9 down on the list is located in this Hospital, is he sick or infirm or mentally impared, can anyone point me in the right direction maybe to find later information, was he there for long or all his life and what was wrong with him, is it a hospital ? any help much appreciated.I also find it difficult to read the writing.

    The Royal Albert Hospital is in the Hospital Records Database

    Records are at the Plymouth and West Devon Area Record Office.

    There are admission & discharge records for the period you're interested in which may help. Unfortunately there seem to no clinical & patient records from before 1904.
