There is no birth recorded of Emma Peart in Gloucestershire between 1837-1847.

There is an unnamed female Peart child born in 1841 - birth registered in Winchcomb.

Ask GRO to find it for you! It doesn't cost any more.

I assume this is the family on the 1841 census, and in which case you probably need to be looking for her birth registered as EMILY, even if she was later known as Emma. I checked the original image and it definitely says Emily.

    PEART, Thomas M 25 1816 Gloucestershire
    PEART, Ann F 25 1816 Gloucestershire
    PEART, Mary F 6 1835 Gloucestershire
    PEART, Emily F 2 1839 Gloucestershire

    Civil Parish: Badgeworth

OK, even searching for an Emily doesn't lead to a likely registration in Gloucestershire.

It looks like the un-named one in Cheltenham District, as already mentioned, could well be her:

    Name: PEERT, Female (unnamed)
    Registration district: Cheltenham
    County: Gloucestershire
    Year of registration: 1839
    Quarter of registration: Apr-May-Jun
Mother's maiden name: Not available before 1911 Q3
    Volume no:11
