    Default Woodlands Cemetery Gillingham

    Are there any folks out there who are local to Gillingham, specifically the Woodlands Cemetery.

    I'm in the process of creating a website as a tribute to the brave men on my village war memorial and one of the men was in the Royal Navy. The CWGC tells me he is buried at the cemetery in Naval Reservation Grace 1174 wherever that may be - his name was Joseph C Finch Seriel Number C/MX 62195.

    As I've been unable to trace any living relatives yet, I was hoping to post a picture of the gravestone.

    Apparently The War Graves Photographic Project have a copy of a photograph of the grave if he is Joseph Claude, died 22nd January 1940. Age 21. Son of Arthur and Annie Finch of Ibstock. Leicestershire.
