    Default 30 Year Rule

I am glad to see the thirty year rule is to be reduced to a twenty year rule.
Public records to be released after twenty years instead of thirty years.
This means more records will be released more quickly than before.

The downside is the lead in period to accomplish the twenty year rule, secrecy is gradually becoming a thing of the past.
    Cheers

As we have gained from the past, we owe the future a debt, which we pay by sharing today.

Such a pity this doesn't apply to the UK census!
