Where can I search the London Electoral rolls from 1913-1917?
I would also like to search the Brighton/Hove rolls for 1916-1923. I havent had much luck Googling so any help will be appreciated, thank you.

There were no electoral registers compiled in 1916-1917 - there was a war on!

The is a reasonable collection of London registers on Ancestry ("London, England, Electoral Registers, 1847-1965 ")

For Brighton & Hove, try the East Sussex Record Office (the registers won't be online but they may have a research service)
