Not sure if this is the best forum for this query.
I am researching the cinemas of Harold Seymour Scott, a Birmingham based architect. In this respect I am particularly interested in plans or photographs, details of builders etc of the following Birmingham area cinemas.
Any leads on these would be appreciated. Most of them have been either demolished or converted to other uses.
Gala Bristol Street
Birchfield Picture House
Oak Cinema Selly Oak
Crown Ladywood
Regal Handsworth
Tudor Yardley Wood
Beacon Smethwick
Pavilion Stirchley
Pavilion Wylde Green

I think that I have now traced most of the cinemas designed by HSS but I have one or two on which I need some further help in particular this one.
In 1936 The Regal Cinema at Tring (architect HSS) opened and the promoter, according to the Bucks Herald was Mr R Fort who was also said to be building cinema of the same name at Princes Risborough. . He had been involved in promoting cinemas using HSS as architect and the Birmingham builder T Elvins in other towns.
My research to date has led to The Carlton Cinema at Princes Risborough , destroyed by fire sometime in the 1960s , but I have no information as to whether it was the one referred to in the Bucks Herald.
Has anyone any knowledge of the cinemas in Princes Risborough, with particular reference to HSS, hopefully with photographs.
Any leads appreciated.
