The good news is that it's highly likely to be Ramford Street. There was a Ramford Street Parr in the 1901 census, and there is still a Ramford Street (classed as St Helens on Google maps) today.
Though most of it looks very different as to how it would have looked then.
If you go to Google maps, try to put 'the man' on the part north of Sankey Street. The terraced houses on the left seem likely to be the original houses in Ramford Street.
A common expression in the UK is ' pub on every corner, so I had to smile when I saw that there was a pub at each end of Ramford Street.
