Looking for information about John and Archibald Scott, carpenters in Boston, Massachusetts, who built a dodecagonal house in Boston in the 1870s, ran out of money, and disappeared. They were brothers and bachelors at the time, and unfortunately, did not live here during a census. We believe that the historical commission researched the incorrect Archibald Scott. If anyone in this forum has eccentric Scott relatives who were carpenters and left for America in the 1870s, please get in touch. Various sources in Boston have been searched, so far not much luck.
