Hi my name is Michael and I live in Perth Australia.

I've started researching my parents family history on both sides.

My mother was born in yorkshire with the maiden name THORNHAM and I believe i may have traced names back to a person born in 1742.but would love to learn more.

My father was born here in Perth.but his family history is more difficult with the name WRIGHT.have only managed to trace his family back to his great grandfather who was born in Kent in 1828 and may have come to western australia as a convict but I can't be sure
