Lever’s mother was also Barbara. So Lever Morgan was Walter Frank’s true brother (NOT half brother).

I was wondering what had happened to little Eva who was with her parents in 1901. There is an 11 year old Eva A. Aspden in an institution in the 1911 census (shown as in Bangor registration district, Carnarvonshire). Could someone with access to the schedules check her birthplace to see if it is 'our' Eva, and what sort of institution it is?

From the 1911 index on FamilySearch I can see that this must be 'our' Eva (her birthplace is shown as Birkenhead) and that she was in Llandegai, Tregarth. And from the index on Findmypast I can see that her relationship to the head of the household is 'inmate'. But I haven't been able to discover what sort of institution it is yet. If no-one has looked it up by tomorrow, I'll check at the library.

Many thanks,I now know for sure that all 4 children of Walter Lever Aspden were born to Barbara Mildred Lacey. Now for the Annie Hollingsworth connection.I understand he married bigamously Annie in 1907 and another 4 children were born.Everyone has been extremely helpful so far.More to come I hope.
