Red face Jean-Baptiste Joseph Legry or Gris or Legrey

I have found that my 4th G-Grandfather was a french soldier on Napoloeons side at the battle of Baylen in 1808.

He was injured and captured during the battle of Baylen,Spain in July 1808. He was a Captain in the 20th Dragoons in Napoleon’s army and was sent to England as a POW. Subsequently he was sent up to Selkirk in Scotland as there was no more room in camps in England.

    Selkirk, Selkirkshire, Scotland
Captain and member of Legion of Honor (27/11/1815), lieutenant of the cavalry. He was a french pow from Napoleon's time. Injured & captured, he was sent to Selkirk, where was assigned residence (PAROLE TOWN) (of September 11, 1811 until 1814).

Whilst there he met a Mary Spiers and fathered a son Joseph.

I am trying to find any records for him. If anyone knows where I can look I'd be most grateful.
