What do you know about William? How do you know he was born about 1845 in Bridgnorth? Do you have him in the censuses?

Out of half a dozen William Harris' born Shropshire 1844 -1847 this is the only one with a birth place of Bridgenorth. A possible.

I can't find a baptism for Sarah born c1849 , parents William Henry and Mary Ann but there is this marriage for a William Henry Harris and a Mary Ann Andrews

No occupations for any of the children.

No wonder they were difficult to find on ancestry they were transcribed as Havis. I have posted an amendment.

By 1871 William and Sarah have left home, leaving Henry, Mary Ann (now shown as Ann) and Joseph with their parents. William henry and Mary Ann have gone back to Bridgnorth as their birthplace with Ann and Joseph born Wolverhampton.
Now living in Sidney Street Wolverhampton RG10/2932/59/3
I can't find a definite for the William Harris belonging to this family.

hi, jan thanks for taking a look im not quite sure about his birth place as some of my family say he was born in wolverhampton and some say bridgnorth wich is on the outskirts of wolverhampton i havent located him in the census,s yet . although i have some definite info on his son ive got a marriage cert for william samuel harris of pond lane w-ton fathers name william a bricklayer but statedas deceased in 1909 married in aug 1909 too a gertrude florence harris of cobden lane w-ton fathers name george harris also stated as deceased marriage was in the parish of st lukes w-ton wich is in blakenhall...hope this helps..regards..kev
