    When you bring up the census page for the ship on Ancestry, look at the line above the green banner, where it says "District Theodore" with a clickable link. This gives you alist of all the enumeration districts under Vessels, which is effectively a list of ships. Scroll down to Theodore and click on View Enumeration District.

    You can use this procedure from any census page to view the description of the Enumeration District. For example in 1851 above the page for Joram it says District 2c. Click on this and it gives you the three EDs for Slaugham. Click on View Enumeration District for 2c and Voila! You often get a better idea of exactly where ancestors lived by doing this.
