Searched for Bennett’s christening record and found a couple of possible siblings for him.

    Name: Richard Williams Williams
    Baptism/Christening Date: 28 Aug 1814
    Baptism/Christening Place: Bangor, Caernarvon, Wales
    Father's Name: Evan Williams
    Mother's Name: Mary

    Name: Bennet Williams
    Baptism/Christening Date: 03 Apr 1819
    Baptism/Christening Place: Bangor, Caernarvon, Wales
    Father's Name: Evan Williams
    Mother's Name: Mary

    Name: Margaret Williams
    Baptism/Christening Date: 07 Dec 1823
    Baptism/Christening Place: Bangor, Caernarvon, Wales
    Father's Name: Evan Williams
    Father's Birthplace:
    Mother's Name: Mary

Well I haven’t looked for Ann in 1841 yet – I became distracted looking for Bennett in 1841. There were four hits. The closest matches were

    1841 in Llanrwst, Caernarvonshire
This Bennett Williams is with elders Bennat and Mary. So possibly not your Bennett since his father was Evan.

    1841 in Llanenddwyn, Merionethshire
This Bennett Williams is in Merionethshire with two other males; possibly brothers. Bennett is 20, a shopkeeper, Thomas is 10, Cadwaldr is 8. Bennett states he was not born in Merionethshire, the two other males state that they were.

Out of interest I thought I would see if I could find the Cadwalder listed above in later census records. Well there is a Cadwalder in the 1851 to 1881 census, born about 1833 in Llanddwywe, Merionethshire. In 1881 he is ship broker and gen coml. agent; in 1871 a draper and ship broker. Might be a red herring but I thought it interesting he had the same occupation as Bennett. Anyway if you want to look at Cadwalder he is here:-

    1851: HO107; Piece: 2511; Folio: 515; Page: 22
    1871: Class: RG10; Piece: 5700; Folio: 129; Page: 4;
    1881: Class: RG11; Piece: 5554; Folio: 17; Page: 8

Geography wise it’s also interesting that Bennett’s eldest children were born in Dyffryn, Meroniethshire and I believe Dyffryn is close to Llanddwywe and Llanenddwyn where Cadwalder was born and then lived. However, I am no expert on North West Wales and perhaps another forum member could look into this.
