    Default PINCHBACK/PINCHBECK, Nottingham

    My Nottingham connection is Emma Pinchbeck (also spelt Pinchback) christened 19th Sept 1831, parents Thomas, a clockmaker, and Elizabeth? They lived in Pomfret Street. I have 4 siblings for Emma, all christened Nottingham at St Mary's. Then the family moved to Birmingham where Thomas jnr was born circa 1837.I have searched for a marriage for Thomas & Elizabeth & found a faint possible on the IGI for a Thomas Pinchbeck marrying an Elizabeth Ball 12th Nov 1821 Aston B'ham, which is a possible as they later moved back to B'ham? It is possible that Thomas & Elizabeth never married, I'm sure that Emma didn't marry the father of her children though they were together for at least 33 years. Any suggestions gratefully received.
