    Default JEWELL - St Helier

    I am hoping some kind person will look up a marriage for me. I visited Jersey some time ago but didn't make very accurate notes about this marriage. The name is Solomon Jewell and he was married on Feb 14th 1849 in the Synagogue in St Helier. He was my great, great grandfather's brother. I particularly need accurate details about his wife please.
    It is a very sad story because three days after marrying he commited suicide in Southampton.

    How about:

    Rachel Abrahams Sophia Fisher, aged 19 years, a spinster from Cheapside, St Helier but born in London. Father was David Fisher a "Gent".
