Default Any free Irish genealogy sites?

Are there any free sites for me to try to locate an Irish ancestor?

I have checked Irish family history foundation for the people and a few possibilities have come up, so I would be very interested to know if there are any free sites that I could enter the information I now have and see if I can solve a three year puzzle.

    Thank you.

Thank you both for your help, what interesting sites, I am looking for a marriage between a Margaret Coffee and a Matthew Hunt in County Sligo 1860, it was a church marriage.

Also a baptism for Margaret Coffee 1843, there are three listed in Counties Kerry, Tipperary x 2 and Wiklow.

There is a marriage for a Matthew Hunt Sligo in 1860 and a marriage for a margaret Coffee Sligo 1860 on the Irish family History Foundation free index, which you may already be aware of. It costs 5 Euros to view the complete record. No guarantee that they actually married each other - but cheaper than a uk marriage cert .

You do know that the 1911 irish census is totally free to view...even the orginal document. If you google, you will find it.
