My 4x great grandfather was Rev Edward Craine vicar of Onchan Parish Church, Isle of Man until 1847. He was married in Onchan by his brother Rev Robert Craine in 1812 in Onchan.(This is on the Parish Records of the time)His gravestone in Braddan Church reads -" Here reposes the body of the Revd Robt Craine son of the adjacent Robt Craine and late of Woodbridge in the county of Suffolk. He died of consumption at Liverpool Febry 27 1813 aged 30 years. His remains were conveyed to this island the 2nd March and interred on the ensuing Thursday." Very detailed and specific but I cannot find him in Woodbridge in Suffolk nor on the clergy lists. (Edward is there but not Robert). Is it likely that anyone would be able to find him in Liverpool where he dies if he was not buried there? or anywhere else for that matter?
