HI,
I have found a photo in my Fathers things for the above man.
It was taken during ww2 and his army number on the back says 7382466.
The address says Windsor Street Penarth.
I will send by Post and/or a scan.

ps Can someone advise me if this should go on the WW2 forum as well ?

I have just looked at a map for Windsor Street, Penarth and it appears that it does not exists now. It could be that the street was redeveloped as there is a Road, Terrace, Lane, Court and Arcade.
Follow Jan's link and show us the picture please.Neil
