Hello,
My grandfather was born in England and came to America in 1906, in his twenties. He enlisted in the service for either England or Canada and fought in WWI.
He went back and forth to England several times.
We have no photographs of my grandfather. Years ago I made contact with English cousins and they sent me an old family photograph. Unfortunately, no one can identify anyone in the photo. The cropped attachment comes from that photograph.
The cropped attachment may be of my grandfather. Do you know anyone whom could identify the uniform, whether it is British or Canadian[IMG][/IMG] and about what year it is? I would be delighted to pay for this. All I want to know is if this is a WWI uniform and for what country.
Thank you so much for your help and time.
Sincerely yours,
Lisa
