Default 19th Century Naval Careers of the Clow's

Looking for information surrounding the naval careers of a father and son, along the lines of ADM196/11 dated 1832.
David Clow born circa 1780’s married Ann Clapham 15 Dec 1800 at St Nicholas Gt Yarmouth Norfolk. A son of David and Ann was David Fernihaugh Clow baptized at St Andrews Holborn London 21 Sept 1802.
Both father(David) and son(David F.) where Paymasters in the R.N., by 1881 David F. Clow is resident At Issells as a retired Pay Master in the R.N. GHP Office. (What does G.H.P. stand for?)
David F. Clow married Martha Elizabeth Scowcroft in 1845 probably at Haverfordwest St Thomas or St Mary.
Martha E. was baptized 08 May 1819 at Haverfordwest St Mary to James & Mary Scowcroft nee’ Allen, who had mrd 06 July 1813 at Haverfordwest St Mary.
Mother Anne and son David F. finally rest at Haverfordwest St Thomas
