Is this thread the one you mean?
Though I'm not sure how you could have lost it that quickly as it was posted in yesterday.
Alternatively enter DNA (as written, in capitals) in the 'search' box at the top of the forum.

Hello lancsbank51,
There is not a specific DNA forum but various threads have been posted under different subject headings - usually in the General Family History forum.
However, if you type DNA into the search box in the blue bar at the top, the threads will appear.
