    Oh, I hadn't checked the 1901 UK census this morning for the rest of the family.

    Margretta Dickenson, 24, b. Canada is a Hospital Nurse at the Leeds General Infirmary in Leeds, Yorkshire. (RG13; Piece: 4241; Folio: 89; Page: 3)

    Florence Dickenson, 22, b. Canada is a Governess in Godalming, Surrey. (RG13; Piece: 606; Folio: 86; Page: 22)

    No sign of Daniel.

    Yeah! I need new glasses!

    I had seen the Margaretta entry but had it as a "maybe" having not found Florence therefore wondering if Laura wasn't working would the others be doing so?

    Thank you heaps. Now you have found Florence it would seem feasible that Margaretta was the right person.

    I wonder why Laura was the priviliged sister and got to stay home with Mamma and step father and a servant whilst the other two slaved away?

    I shall check for them both in 1911.
