I'm currently trying to prove that a friend and I are very distantly related as we both had distant relatives living in Bushey Herts. I cannot find the father and mother of the above lady. Born 3rd qtr of 1877 in Watford Herts and married Charles James Foskett in Watford on 10 Feb 1900. There is no record of her in any census until 1901 as Mrs Fosket.

What was her father's name (from the marriage certificate)?

You really need to get the birth certificate. Whatever Ancestry may say, censuses are not a substitute for BMD certificates.

If you can't find her in the census, consider the possibility of a change of name. But here again, you need the birth certificate.

Their names should be on her birth certificate. Have you got this, or are you trying to discover their names by finding her on the census?

Woodford is only 19 miles from Watford but is even closer to other places in Watford R. D.

She would not be on any census before 1901 as Mrs Foskett as that happened when she got married in 1900.

This however might shed some light

Surely she would be Mrs Foskett by then and this does not tally with age & place of birth. Dulwich is south of London.

What are you suggesting? Gertrudes brother, father? I'm confused. There are many Englands marrying in this are on the BMD.
