    Aha! Found him!

    RG13; Piece: 2794; Folio: 5; Page: 2

    Dunhampton, Camberley, Droitwich, Worcestershire

Alfred Panter, Head, mar, 49, General Agricultural Labourer, b Ashfield, Gloucester
    Jemima Panter, wife, 62, b Stauton/Stanton, Gloucester
Frank James Allen, Grandson, 7, b Westbury on Severn, Gloucester

He was recorded in the index as under James but the page definitely shows him as Frank James.
