Do we have any Liverpool shipping buffs on the forum? The picture below is of my great-grandfather who was a passenger agent and interpretor for one of the Liverpool shipping companies.

The image is not perfectly clear but I wonder if anyone can hazard a guess as to which company he represented. The insignia above his right cuff might give a clue. Thanks in advance.
