Electoral List Mid 1970s Fulham

I would like to know who was registered to vote at 108 Townmead Rd,Fulham SW6.I know that pre 1983 Electoral Lists are kept at the British Library and have to be pre-odered,which takes 48 hours.Does anyone know of an easier way for me to get this information as I will not be in London in the near future?
