Is there anyone tracing the Limburys in the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire region?
My 4xgt grandmother, Ann Limbrey married John Marshall on 20 October 1758 in Langford. So far that is all I know about the Limbreys. Thanks, Tony

Limbury in Beds
I believe that I too am descended from Ann Limbrey and John Marshall and would appreciate any help on tracing either family line. Thanks, Susan

Hello Susan,
Thanks for your message. I can give you a fair amount of information on the Marshall line, but know nothing about the Limbreys. So I hope you do. In fact I am not absolutely sure about the connection with my Marshalls but there seems to be a strong link with children for two or three generations being called Limbrey Marshall. The Marshalls I believe moved from Langford to Hitchin, Herts, which isn't that far away..
Contact me directly and we will be able to send attachments, etc. Hopinmg to hear from you soon. Tony
