Rose was born 1907 Brighton to Horace and Elizabeth Skinner nee Somerville.

I believe she is the same person who was with Horace Skinner 1931 at 36 Grosvenor St,Brighton .

She had 3 older sisters called Annie, Elizabeth and Victoria.

Horace died 1956 at Brighton Hospital. The notifier was Annie Morbey. I cannot find the mother death as yet.
