    Hi
    Got my nan and gramps wedding cert today it says he was 25 when they got married in march 1937 i think it says the sevententh but hard to read,his dads name was george william lane (he was deceased when they got married)
    they were married in a presbytreian chapel,
    my gramps herbert henry lane was a lance corperal for the 2nd battalian essex

    My aunty pearl his dau does not have the death cert any more,

    so far thats all i have

    Do you have the newspaper pic, and is it just a pic with a bit of writing underneath? If you have the pic exactly what does it say underneath the writing? Depending how much detail there is, I'm wondering if there's another bit in an adjacent column which either wasn't cut out of the paper or which has got detached and lost over the years. Therefore ask Mansfield library if they have newspapers and could they do a search, pretty please? But we need the known details first.
