Born 6th September 1896 Buenos Aires, Argentine daughter of Edgar Brown b 1872 Gymnast and acrobat and did some circus trapeze work? wife Fanny lawson and his father Henry Brown listed as retired clown in 1901 census.
Edie was billed as Britains leading premiere juggler (business card when living in Glasgow- date unknown) but trying to find her 2nd? husband Sidney Charles Octavius Hodgson my grandfather although surname may not be correct, did work as a clog dancer with Charlie Chaplin and subsequently had a soft shoe, sand and tap dancing act. Any info on any of these would be appreciated.
Dad also said something about song writing under the name of Le Brun? my love is cool as a cucumber? maybe it's just rambling?
