    Default Rowbrick/Rawbrick Heath?

Has anyone heard of this town in Hampshire. The 1851 Census for my gg-grandmother cites this as her place of birth (about 1778). Googling yields no help!

    Thanks - BAK

    Hello BAK,

Are you able to post the reference for the census or give us her details? That way, those of us with access to 1851 can have a look and offer up any other likely suggestions.

    Thanks,

Well, I've had a look but I'll be blowed if I can make out what it is. Powbrick Heath? Is there such a place?

It looks to me that the first letter is "P" rather than "R"

Someone else with better reading skills needs to take a look, please

I saw it the same way but looked at my map book and punched in names similar and voila!

    No this time.
