Felixstowe Pier

Hi does anyone know anything about the builders of Felixstowe Pier and other piers in the area. I understand they were designed by the Rogers Brothers - any info on them and were they originated from -did they build or design anything other than piers and what happened to them. I think that they had some interest in steamer boats.Was there two of them and were they really brothers ?
