Hi folks
can anyone point me in the right direction please.
My ancestor apparently had a mention in "The Bristol Times And Mirror" dated 6 Nov 1897 with other possible dates:
1 Mar 1897
6 Mar 1897
28 Apr 1897
18 May 1897
2 Jun 1897
2 Jul 1897
3 Jul 1897
5 Nov 1897
On "A$Jo$£try.co" general search I found a reference to Joseph Powell in Wickwar but do not have the paid subscription (I use the local library and its limited access).
Does anyone know of this newspaper on line please.
I have been greatfull for those of you who pointed out access to The Times, etc, and I also enjoy The Penny Illustrated Paper at https://www.collectbritain.co.uk/system/paper/.
It would be appreciated if anyone can point me towards this bristol newspaper, thanks
Brian

There appear to be microfilm copies of this newspaper in Bristol Central Reference Library. If you go to https://www.librarieswest.org.uk/ and do a title search in their catalogue, you will see they have film of the copies from 1865-1932.
Why not drop them an e-mail and see if they will take copies of the articles for you?
Best wishes
Ann
