A SPARROW

I am looking for the baptism and therefore parentage of Sophia (Sophy) Sparrow. She was born in 1824 and died in 1897 in Stowmarket.
In 1841 she was working in an Inn in Stowmarket and not much later married Charles Lilliistone in Stowmarket.
Her place of birth changes from Stowmarket to Stonham on each census. I have researched Stonham Earl prior to 1837 with no luck.A helper has not found her in Stowmarket.
I am wondering if anyone out there would have the parish register for Stonham Aspall or Stonham Parva.
I would be very grateful for any information. This branch of the Sparrow tree seems to be very hard to find.

I am sorry I do not have that information yet as I am still waiting for the marriage certificate to arrive.
The marriage was at Stowmarket, September quarter, 1845
Sophy Sparrow - Charles Lilliston.
When the certificate arrives I will post the details here if that is OK.

Finally the marriage certificate made it's way across the Pacific and the details are:
Father William Sparrow Labourer

Both bride and groom signed with a cross so illiterate.
Wedding at Parish Church Stowmarket Sep 7th 1845
All parties living in Stowmarket

As I mentioned Sophy or Sophia was baptized in Stonham in 1824.

I was hoping to find a suitable William Sparrow marriage on the Suffolk Marriage Index who might be candidates for Sophies parents. There are 15 William marriages altogether in various parts of Suffolk. Here are a couple of possibles but you really need Sophies baptism to be sure of her mother.

11th April, 1814 = Stonham Aspal

I have a feeling that it is the Stonham Aspall pair as Sophy has Stonham as her birthplace.
