    I wondered if my mother had got it wrong at first but at https://www.quincefarm.com/jams.htm you can see that they sell Quince & Pinapple jam.

    Thank you all for you help & suggestions & Vanessa I have also printed out your recipe for my mother as she might like to try the one with the Kiwi mix.
