I have just received my 1841 for Notts today - had a quick look and the quality is SUPERB And the map I looked at is excellent. The writing on the pages looks like it was written yesterday ... fantastic! So clear. I am so pleased with it - thank you Rod and the team!

I'm pleased that you like it
I am incredibly proud of that one, which has only *three* hard to read pages in the whole county census. (That's due to some new scanning and image enhancement techniques used by Archive CD Books).
If others are wondering what we are talking about, this is a page from the Archive CD Books 1841 Nottinghamshire census that someone reported as being impossible to read on a CD from another supplier.
Don't forget to use the magnifying glass tool, to zoom in, and in, and in!
