    Default BUSHBYs around Pagham

    Does anyone have any information about the BUSHBY family who lived in the Pagham area (near Worthing, Sussex)? Their tombstones are set into the floor of St John the Divine Church, Pagham. There are several BUSHBYS buried inside the Church including Robert, my 6x gt grandfather, who died 1740 and some I have no knowledge of.

    I think you're a bit muddled, topo60 St. John the Divine church appears to be in PATCHING not Pagham. The parish church of Pagham is St. Thomas A'Beckett. Patching is near Worthing, Pagham is not,

    Ooops! Sorry, guess I had a senior moment - I did mean Patching (I had been at Pagham for a couple of days before I found the church at Patching on my way home!)
