That sounds promising. Only one I had found was one of a Robert Fletcher to an Elizabeth in Bath but it didn't quite fit. A marriage in 1931 would tie in well with the birth of first child in about 1833. Robert was dead by 1851 and Elizabeth then lived in Bridgwater.

I think it likely that the wife is Elizabeth OSMOND rather than ORMOND. I transcribed all the marriages for Somerset 1813-1837
and therefore know this is the only Robert FLETCHER at all possible. The problem is another person indexed from my transcript
and it would take some time to find my original transcription. It is possible there is a transcript of Bridgwater online. Check Ian
