My maiden name was Moyle. I live in Canberra, Australia.

I am descended from Stephen Moyle and Alice Teppat also.

My father was William Paton Moyle whose father was William George Moyle
whose father was William Moyle. William's father was James
Goldsworthy. James was the son of Thomas Moyle who was the son of
Stephen Moyle and Alic Teppat.

I have very little information but would be happy to provide what I can.

john henry moyle 1866 did indeed marry elizabeth m pentecost he was brother to my arthur william moyle their father was peter courage moyle born 1826 died 1897 married to juliana hannah lugg in gunwalloe 1852 they had 14 children if you would like them let me know

I have a Bowden, his name is Mark Bowden married 03 Jul 1785 Alanenta Noall. This is the information I have on him. He married my 5 great Aunty I suppose, They came from around Gwennap.

In 2004 you were researching the Bowden family of Cornwall and Devon, then later Yorkshire. I may be a descendent of John Bowden 1563-1638 and Elizabeth Hoskin 1567-1606. In one of your later posts you said that Mary Pelleow married William Bowden b1639 d1712 after the death of his wife Alice George 1639-1680, and not his son William 1666-1712. I am therefore stuck as to who William Junior married! If you can help I would appreciate it, and I would be glad to reciprocate if I can. My grandfather was James Richard Bowden b1886 in Bradford d1964 in Skelmanthorpe who married Edith Annie Brook of Emley b1888 d1951. He was adopted by Richard Charles Dransfield of Clayton West when his parents died and the children were scattered. My great grandfather was Frederick James Bowden (b Ashburton abt 1850 d Bradford 1892 who married Ann Strother 1847-1893), my great great grandfather was Thomas Bowden b1810 Ashburton d1887 Bradford. He married Margaret Male (a Roamer) and I have not found any information on her parents/siblings. Thomas' father was also Thomas Bowden b1768 d1824 and married Martha Bovey b1772 d.1827. Via IGI I think I have found her parents but nothing else. If anyone out there can confirm any of the above and add to it I would be very grateful.
