Hi Trish ,
Thanks a lot ,what would i do without you.
Anyhow the plot thickens , i have been looking for Mary T Rose who married John W. Dyson ( was the daughter of Sarah Quirk and Walter Rose m.1875 ).
There was an advert in the Sheffield Star on saturday night , a man was looking for John Dyson , i rang him , we are second cousins , we both decend from Sarah and Walter . His grandma and mine were sisters , i gave him my address, he asked his son inlaw where it was , he said i ought to my dad is their neighbour ( there are only 4 houses ) plus i know his other son inlaw , he was the godson of my husbands aunt .Is'nt it a small world .
Best wishes ,
Val .

Hi Trish ,
Me again , YES , John Logan was the son of Mary Ann and Charles Logan , both seem to have vanished by 1891 , reason he is living with grandmother .
Regards ,
Val .
