I am trying to find my Gt gt grandmother, Isabella McAllister on the 1911 census. She was living with my grandparents Thomas and Mary Fullan and was with them on the 1901 census in Hindley Lancashire. She died 29/3/1918 aged 80. I found a McAllister on 1911 census but it doesn't state if it is male or female, or even the Christian name. The address is 28 Warrington Road Abram Lancashire. Could this be a workhouse or similar? Hoping I can get some guidance on this! Many thanks.

There's an excellent website for workhouses here: https://www.workhouses.org.uk

I see that Isabella and William had a daughter Ellen born 1866. Did she marry Patrick Kilduff in 1889?
If so it is possible Isabella is with them in 1911 but is entered as Ellen age 73 born Ireland. They are at 34 Warburton St Warrington.
